Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Use proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred) for tasks like Word and Excel.
- Manage multiple tasks, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
- The ability to multi-task, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in retail management.
Skills
- Customer service leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to handle cash and fuel transactions.
- Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures.

Pay
$11.50 - $17.75 per hour
