As an Assistant Store Leader Trainee (Retail Assistant Manager), you’ll work as part of a management team, overseeing store operations, and helping shape the future of convenience. Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and products are in-stock.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintenance of automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$11.50 - $17.75 hourly (range applicable for jobs performed in this state).
