Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position. This role is located at 9254 STATE ROUTE 43, Streetsboro, Ohio, United States.
Responsibilities
- A focus and dedication to your success! Ensuring proper training for excellent customer service.
- Advancing employees through a strong “promote from within” philosophy.
- Implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
- Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assisting in the promotion of loyalty programs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicating effectively both orally and in writing, and managing interpersonal relationships.
- Handling cash transactions and fuel sales.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Demonstrated strength in maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
$12.00 - $18.50 Hourly
This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
