Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)
About the role
7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is based at 402 VASQUEZ BLVD, Platteville, Colorado, 80651.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Aid in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Show excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in computer knowledge (preferred Microsoft products: Word, Excel).
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

- Experience in retail management or supervision.

$15.00 - $21.00 Hourly
