Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Absorb and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
- Utilize proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft products like Word and Excel.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience are also considered.
- A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
The hourly or salary range for this role is determined by 7-Eleven in good faith at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in this state. This range may be modified in the future.
