Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) position at Store-ID 43935 in Greenwood, Indiana. Applicants must have a focus and dedication to their success, a strong "promote from within" philosophy, and a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Show excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
