About the role

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an Experienced Assistant Manager to help run our Coffee Kiosk inside of our San Francisco- Pac Heights store. This individual must have a passion for coffee, previous management experience and be great with people.

Responsibilities

  • Assist manager in supervising all Coffee employees.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments.
  • Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers.
  • Aid staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior.

Requirements

  • Must have previous coffee and supervisor/management experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and be detail-oriented.
  • Able to work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays.
  • Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Seating: Up to 1 hours per day.
  • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
