As the Responsive Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging new talent to support our retreat operations. Schedule & Availability To support our team and guests, this role requires flexibility: - Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week), typically working 6 to 8-hour shifts. - Mandatory Days: Weekend availability is crucial; Fridays and Sundays are strictly required. - Availability: Evenings, remaining weekend days, and holidays are also required. - Flexibility: Ability to step in and cover last-minute shifts if a team member calls out and coverage cannot be found. Job Summary You will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the Retreat operations. Your primary focus will be driving candidate engagement, ensuring brand consistency, and stepping up as the Manager on Duty when the Spa Director is away. Key Responsibilities - Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Onboarding & Training: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Lead the onboarding and ongoing training for new hires, utilizing active coaching and role-playing to sharpen their skills. - Operations & Scheduling: Directly supervise recruitment efforts and manage team schedules to ensure smooth daily execution. - Culture & Candidate Experience: Cultivate a positive, high-energy team environment. Take charge of the candidate experience, building lasting loyalty by championing the Massage Heights operating system and our CLOUDNINE Commitment. - Goal Setting: Collaborate with the Spa Director to set clear, motivating individual and team milestones. Qualifications - Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to performance standards. - Recruitment Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience with a proven track record of attracting and engaging candidates (please include specific recruitment metrics on your resume). - People Skills: Strong background in training, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Attributes: A self-starter mindset with exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. - Customer Service: Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and managing candidate relations. - Tech & Math: Comfortable working with computers, standard software, and basic business math. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus!) - Experience managing hourly-wage employees. - Previous experience with membership-based recruitment models. - Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Experience working within a franchise model. - Knowledge of the spa industry, massage, and skincare services.
