Assistant Spa Director

About the Role

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Director to drive spa operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and expanding their sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the front desk of the spa and train sales associates.
• Work closely with the Spa Director, owners, and assistant spa directors to foster a client- and team-focused culture.
• Lead by example in member conversion and customer service, connecting with clients to offer individualized sales solutions.
• Coach and motivate the sales team.
• Educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Handle or assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Drive results by adapting strategies to meet business needs.

Requirements
