Assistant Site Manager / Leadership Development Program

About the role

Blue Iguana Car Wash is seeking a motivated leader for its Leadership Development Program. The Assistant Site Manager position offers hands-on coaching and comprehensive training to develop leadership skills, build a team, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
• Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
• Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
• Aid with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
• Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Receive ongoing coaching from experienced Site Managers and company leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum one year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift
• Experience working in an outdoor environment
• Valid driver's license preferred
