Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced Project Managers and field teams on large-scale electrical construction projects
• Gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Learn industry-leading tools and processes through mentorship and real-world project exposure
• Support both field and office operations while building a strong foundation in construction project management

Requirements

• Recent graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience
• Motivated individuals eager to learn and grow into future project leadership roles
• Strong communicators who thrive in collaborative environments
• Internship, construction, engineering, or project-related experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

This is a traveling position with approximately 75% travel to INPWR offices and project sites nationwide.
