We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview, Perks & Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications, maybe Salary, Hours. Must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Overview (first paragraph), Perks & Benefits (list of benefits), Responsibilities (list of duties), Salary (explicit), Hours (explicit), Qualifications (list). Also maybe "Contingent upon contract award*" note? Might be minor metadata; could fold into short p. We must not include sections like "Pay" unless posting actually states them; we have Salary: $80,000 to $104,000. So we can have a Pay section with that. Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F. So Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes many bullet-like sentences; we can turn into

    • . Qualifications list also bullet-like. We need to preserve all substantive info: include mention of CBS being largest division, etc. Overview paragraph includes that. We need to keep "Perks & Benefits" content: list of benefits: competitive salaries, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, FSA, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, 401k plan with a match, tuition reimbursement for education/certifications, employee discounts programs (including hotels and our vendor's products), Employee Assistance Program offering free financial consultants, therapists, lawyers. Also mention valuing diversity and authentic self. That is prose maybe. We need to avoid repeating "Perks & Benefits" as heading? Actually we should use heading for that section:

      Perks & Benefits

      . Then list benefits as
      • . Responsibilities: heading

        Responsibilities

. Then list duties. Qualifications: heading

        Qualifications

        . Then list. Pay: heading

        Pay

        . Then maybe

        Salary: $80,000 to $104,000

        . Schedule: heading

        Schedule

        . Then

        Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F

. Also note "Contingent upon contract award*" maybe as a short p after schedule. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes "Obtain cost estimates and prepare quotes for TWO’s and IRO’s" etc. We'll list each as li. Qualifications list includes many bullet-like sentences; we'll list each as li. Make sure not to include "EOE, including disability/veterans" as it's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove "The Project Manager shall be available for emergency contact via cell phone twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week" etc? Actually that is part of Qualifications? It appears under Qualifications? Actually after qualifications list there is "The Project Manager shall be available for emergency contact via cell phone twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week". That seems like a qualification requirement; we should keep it as part of qualifications. Similarly "The Project Manager shall have availability to work flexible hours as required in response to emergencies". Keep. We need to ensure we don't duplicate any lines. Let's extract sections: Overview paragraph: "Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors. CBS is the largest division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington DC's most established real estate company. At CBS, we celebrate and empower our talented employees - and it shows as we have been ranked by the Washington Business Journal as the Best Place to Work multiple times." That's overview. Perks & Benefits: "We offer a full slate of benefits, including competitive salaries, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, FSA, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan with a match. And...we offer some not-so-standard, extra great benefits, including tuition reimbursement for education/certifications, employee discounts programs (including hotels and our vendor's products), and an Employee Assistance Program that offers free financial consultants, therapists, and lawyers. We value diversity and believe in forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is the key to our success. Come join us, and find out what the best work of your career could look like for you." We can turn benefits into list. Responsibilities: The paragraph: "Complete Building Services is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) in Martinsburg, WV. The APM shall provide assistance and daily coordination for building-related infrastructure and tenant alteration projects, as well as regularly interface both verbally and in writing with Tenants, Tenant Representatives, Property Management, Engineering Staff, construction professionals, and other vendors. Must be flexible with time and schedule as needed." Then "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" list. We'll combine the introductory sentence as prose maybe in a p before list. Qualifications: "The Assistant Project Manager shall possess the following minimum qualifications:" then list. Pay: "Salary: $80,000 to $104,000" Schedule: "Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F Contingent upon contract award*" maybe combine. We must not include heading for "Contingent upon contract award*" as separate; just include in schedule p. Now produce HTML. We'll need to ensure proper nesting. Let's craft:
