Responsibilities Responsibilities for our Assistant Shipping Coordinator positions include but are not limited to Aid shipping coordinationEnsure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shippingBuild shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations teamCoordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labelsCostco, AAGES, and Kroger order processing and order confirmationsTrack and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillmentCoordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPSAdditional QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilitiesCompleting QVC Item Set Up documentsSupporting Fulfillment customer product set up and inventory managementPerform other duties as assigned This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Assistant Shipping Coordinator position should possess the following High school diploma or equivalent requiredGeneral knowledge of office management proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMaintain clean, neat and orderly work areaDemonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with othersAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attendance and punctuality record (with previous employer) Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
