- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull items for UPS orders based on packing slips and prepare them for shipment.
- Logistics Management: Book UPS pickups and coordinate outgoing shipments through carrier Portals.
- Freight Coordination: Obtain and compare quotes for LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections on all orders before they ship to verify accuracy and product integrity.
- Assembly & Manufacturing: Perform minor manufacturing tasks or light mechanical assembly as needed to maintain stock levels.
Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software.
Familiarity with LTL freight quoting and BOL (Bill of Lading) preparation preferred.
Willing to train or obtain a forklift license or operate a pallet jack if needed to fill in on vacations or when needed as production dictates.
Strong attention to detail with a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
Ability to handle light hand tools for minor assembly work.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

- Comfortable navigating production floors and understanding shop-floor terminology.
Position requires movement throughout the manufacturing facility, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and work in various environmental conditions including moderate noise levels and proximity to moving machinery.
