Responsibilities
- Protect company assets. Maintain an accurate bank and ensure all assets are guarded and protected at all times.
- Manage, direct, and supervise all personnel on a shift-to-shift basis.
- Evaluate business levels and maintain appropriate staffing while maximizing labor and minimizing payroll expense.
- Fulfill all guest service needs including host, cashier, verification, and payment of jackpots, bonus hands.
- Maintain accurate records for all daily promotions. Generate player cards, comp slips, and ensure accurate player tracking.
- Taking and placing food orders with the necessary follow-up to ensure that the order arrives timely and is accurate.
- Monitor service standards of food and beverage personnel to insure the established guest service standard are met by those departments.
- Maintain payroll records, protect and control all department keys and assets.
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with and understanding the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures. Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company policies and IRS reporting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- 1 year of previous dealing experience preferred.
- Previous supervisor experience a plus.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.
- Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak and write English.
- Able to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand.
- Able to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.
- Strong general mathematical skills.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have the ability to stand for duration of shift.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands.
