Assistant Service Manager

Join the Titan Machinery team in supporting Service Management to maintain dealership standards and oversee the service department. In this role, you’ll help drive service department objectives, communicate effectively with customers and other departments, and ensure the dealership meets and exceeds industry standards with a focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation.
• Schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup.
• Manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.).
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
