About the role
Morgan Properties is now hiring Assistant Service Managers for Bradford at Easton, a 324-unit apartment community in Columbus, OH. This role involves partnering with the Service Manager to ensure the community is safe, well-maintained, and exceeds resident expectations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance
- Coordinate work orders, make-ready schedules, and daily maintenance priorities to ensure timely completion
- Support inventory management, monitor maintenance supplies, and identify cost-effective solutions
- Conduct property inspections to maintain community appearance, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Aid in training, coaching, and supporting maintenance team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Respond to resident service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and assist during emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance

- Base Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Pay
Compensation: Base Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
