Leith Chrysler Jeep has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join the Holman family.
Responsibilities
- Obtain a high level yet comprehensive knowledge of repairs and maintenance required
- Visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to clients
- Greet and interact with clients to determine immediate service needs
- Use a consultative approach to educate clients on services and products
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and clients
- Post charges on the client’s bill and act as a cashier
- Create ravings fans by providing excellent service to clients and by demonstrating our mission and values
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
- Ability to work Saturday
