Assistant Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Aid service advisors with customer communication and repair order management
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
• Process customer payments accurately
• Cookbook loaner vehicle reservations and returns
• Aid with Mobile Service and Pick up & Delivery scheduling and customer updates
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickup
• Work closely with advisors, technicians, and management to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required
