About the role
The Assistant Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by managing security services and related operations. This role requires direct supervision of Shift Supervisors and Officers, acting as a liaison between Securitas and clients, and providing lead direction on site.
Responsibilities
- Performs the duties of a Security Officer
- Provides lead direction at assigned Client sites
- Notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations
- Counsels and disciplines personnel as appropriate
- Aids in the training of Security Officers
- Submits payroll and personnel information to the company
- Affirms adequate security coverage of all posts
- Prepares and files various reports
- Inspects posts and meets with subordinates
- Meets with authorized Client representatives
- Manages projects as assigned
- Utilizes resources to reduce overtime
Requirements
Experience in positions such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager is preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of client contracts and financial obligations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a security-related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Schedule
Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). Flexibility required as Operationally needed.
