Assistant Salon Manager

About the role

The Lakeville location of FS Cut & Color is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the current Manager. The team at FS Cut & Color is comprised of motivated, talented, and passionate professionals who are dedicated to their careers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Work closely with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
• Manage the front desk and scheduling system to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee the training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Manager to maintain a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of salon management experience
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of salon operations and customer service principles

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license
• Experience with color, texturizing, and other advanced hair services
• Proficiency in salon software and systems
