Assistant Salon Leader

About the role

SmartStyle Hair Salon operates over 75 full-service locations inside Wal-Marts across 11 states, with Yellowhammer Salon Group (YSG) as the largest U.S. operator of this brand. Working inside Walmart provides instant access to a high‑traffic marketplace—approximately 5,000 customers per day (about 150,000 per month, 1.8 million per year) walking past the salon. YSG offers ongoing technical training, engaged leadership support, and the potential to earn up to 60% commission on services. The Assistant Salon Leader oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional service delivery, and assists the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.
