This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. All hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.

About the Role

This is a full-time management position supporting and developing our in-home sales team. The role is an in-office position located in Palm City but covers four counties: Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee. Nights and weekends on call are required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
• Handle conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Degree or certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willingness to follow our proven sales system.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.

Pay

Listed pay of $52,000 includes base salary plus bonus potential.
