Assistant Rural Carrier - (ARC) for the Holidays

About the role

HELP USPS DELIVER PACKAGES DURING PEAK SEASON anywhere in VT and stay after the holidays if you enjoy the money and flexible schedule. Part-time Driving Position (Non-Career) ARC- Assistant Rural Carrier. Customer service, the face of USPS in the community. Voluntarily become a union member. Position will NOT turn into a career position (permanent position with FULL benefit package).

Responsibilities

• Do not wear a uniform
• Mostly driving, postal vehicle provided
• Delivering parcels in all elements on Sundays and Holidays
• Work independently
• Can work on Saturday delivering mail if the office has used ALL overtime options

Pay

Paid hourly. Raises are based on the contract.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible schedule (opportunity to stay after the holidays if you enjoy the money)
• Work on Sundays and Holidays (delivering parcels in all elements)
• Possible Saturday work if the office has used all overtime options
