A Day in the Life of a Fulfillment Assistant
- Assist in ecommerce order fulfillment by carefully reading invoices and checking for accuracy of customized designs, invoices, and order numbers when pulling and packing orders.
- If assigned, carefully package each order, checking for gift wrap, notes, go green options, and correct order and invoice.
- Maintain organization of orders during the fulfillment process.
- Together with the fulfillment team, ensure orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date.
- Help fulfill no-sew orders through pick and pack procedures.
- Inventory tasks include unpacking boxes for the day, counting, receiving, and processing orders, reorganizing inventory, and helping to create solutions for better inventory storage and organization.
- If assigned, support customization by laying out custom designs for orders.
- Quality control e-commerce orders by reviewing accuracy and quality, including but not limited to SKU spelling, customization accuracy, color number of items, and cleaning up the workspace at the end of each day.
- Break down boxes and help with cleaning responsibilities.
- Work with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Professional work experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
Details
- Hours expectations: expected to work 24 hours a week.
- Weekly schedule subject to change during busy season and events.
- Tentative end date March 2027.
