Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the production process and ensure production goals are achieved.
- Oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance.
- Maintain production quality and safety standards.
- Support and train retread facility personnel (5-10 employees).
- Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage costs.
- Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Serve as acting manager during manager absences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Prefered
- Experience in a retread, commercial tire, or production facility.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with retreading processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
