Responsibilities
- Affirmatively manage store personnel, including staff selection, training, mentoring, coaching, and evaluation.
- Act as Manager on Duty when the store manager is out.
- Ensure customer service using established retail customer service standards.
- Manage and maintain store facilities and location equipment in accordance with established retail image standards.
- Direct location merchandise management, including receiving, stocking, merchandising, and assembling of product, utilizing established procedures.
- Lead and participate in regular and special meetings.
- Open and/or close farm store as assigned.
- Participate in special project work when requested.
Requirements
- Knowledge of management, supervision practices, principles, and regulations.
- Knowledge of industry and support of Wilco core values.
- Ability to operate computer systems and automated office machines.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and staff.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
Qualifications
- 3 years of retail experience.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
