Responsibilities
- Support the successful opening, daily operation, and long-term growth of all food and beverage concepts within ParOne, including Jack's Public House, The Den, and The Hitting Bays.
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to establish service standards, operating procedures, and training programs that can be implemented across future food and beverage concepts within ParOne Clubhouse.
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members through active, visible leadership and consistent feedback.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure service standards are consistently executed.
- Build relationships with members, guests, and the local community while proactively addressing concerns and creating memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution between the dining room and kitchen.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, menu education, and ongoing service development.
- Support labor management, inventory control, purchasing, and financial performance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with planning and implementation of future food and beverage operations as additional Clubhouse concepts open.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty and assume leadership responsibilities in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience; upscale or fine dining leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience opening new restaurants or hospitality concepts is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated service standards.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and operational reporting.
- Current food handler and alcohol service certifications as required by state or local regulations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work throughout all areas of the restaurant during service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary Range
$75,000 - 80,000/year.
