Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
  • Overseeing the restaurant condition and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
  • Ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
  • Using P&L and store reports to affect change.
  • Reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
  • Desired qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Qualifications
