Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager)
About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is a management trainee position designed for those who enjoy working as part of a team and have previous supervisory experience. This role offers full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Use proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience. Must have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.

$12.00 - $18.50 per hour
