Responsibilities

- Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Overseeing the restaurant condition and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Using P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
- Multitasking, performing repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
Desired qualifications include:
- A High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
Qualifications
