Responsibilities

• Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Overseeing the restaurant condition and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Using P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
• Multitasking, performing repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Desired qualifications include:

• A High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).

Qualifications
