Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager)

About the role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven, you will play a key role in overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees. You will also ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel.
• Maintain a high level of multitasking, including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Experience in managing a restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to read and interpret documents related to operating and maintaining the restaurant.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience are also considered.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
