The Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) role at Speedway 7-Eleven involves overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Use proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
