Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities
- A focus and dedication to your success! Ensuring proper training for excellent customer service.
- Advancing employees through promotions and providing advancement opportunities.
- Overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Ensuring the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Managing the preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Using P&L and store reports to drive changes and improvements.
- Reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
