About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is a key position within the 7-Eleven organization, focusing on overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees. This role also involves ensuring the restaurant condition complies with company policies and health department standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees.
  • Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Maintain a high level of multitasking, including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • A desire to lead and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with one year of Restaurant Management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
