Responsibilities

• A focus and dedication to your success! Ensuring proper training for excellent customer service.
• Promote from within philosophy providing advancement opportunities.
• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Desired qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of Restaurant Management experience, and the ability to read and interpret documents and manuals. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change, and possess proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
