Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager)
About the role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven, you will play a key role in overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees. You will also ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards, manage the restaurant condition, and maintain the freshness of all foodservice products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees.
- Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Manage proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel.
- Multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a desire to lead and coach restaurant employees, a strong background in managing a restaurant, and the ability to read and interpret documents and manuals. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required for candidates with one year of restaurant management experience.
