Assistant Residential Manager

About the role

The Assistant Residential Manager will oversee and monitor the documentation of patient behavior, act as a role model for residents, patients, and residential staff, and provide supervision of Therapeutic Assistants and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and monitoring of resident behavior documentation
• Acting as a role model for residents, patients, and staff
• Supervising Therapeutic Assistants and residents
• Ensuring safe implementation of individual treatment plans by residential staff
• Maintaining proper communication among residential staff

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in a residential setting, and a valid driver's license.
