Assistant Resident Engineer / Structures Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to join our team on various Roadway Transportation construction projects in Riverside County.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inspection reports.
• Perform inspection of foundation construction (pile driving/drilling).
• Complete bridge superstructure calculations utilizing four-scales.
• Perform inspection of falsework placement and removal.
• Assist in the documentation of pay quantities and development of the Final Estimate.
• Assure general compliance with standards and specifications.
• Assure documentation, and accuracy of monthly progress payments.
• Accurately track change order work.
• Log and track material inspection, certification, and acceptance for the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with the concepts and practices within the highway and bridge construction field.
• Ability to assist in the resolution of project issues effectively and efficiently.
• Client-focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Additional Information

T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. The base compensation range for this position is $88,800 - $133,200 annually.
