About the role
Lifetime Assistance is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services. Our mission is to foster independence, dignity, and respect for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services.
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
- Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments.
- Supervise and support staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; act as shift leader and assume leadership in the Residence Manager’s absence.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans, nursing plans, and behavioral support strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with OPWDD and agency requirements.
- Respond to behavioral or medical emergencies, implementing SCIP-R and crisis response strategies.
- Collaborate with families, advocates, clinicians, and staff to ensure holistic, individualized support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services or a related field.
- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain); SCIP-R Level I required, Level II may be required depending on assignment.
- Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements including a valid driver’s license and 2 years of driving experience.
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills; familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred.

Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours/week - Tuesday - Friday 12 pm-8 pm, & Saturday 8 am-4 pm
