Assistant Rehab Director

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to join our San Angelo, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community.

About the Role

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Pay

$79,000 - $84,000 (offers based on experience and qualifying interview).

Schedule

Full-time, 30-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA or PTA
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
