Assistant Rehab Director

About the role

The primary purpose of the position is to manage the day-to-day operations and provide direct clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the rehab facility.
• Provide direct clinical care to patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Train and mentor new therapists and staff members.

Requirements

• PT, OT, or COTA license required.
• Limited leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Pay

Salaried position with sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Schedule
