Assistant Rehab Director

About the role

The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation at Broad River Rehab, located in McLeansville, NC, is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Speech Language Pathology in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to manage department operations
• Support clinical excellence across all therapy disciplines
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Certified Orthotist/Clinical Orthotist (COTA)
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Preferred: Long-Term Care Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
