Assistant Rehab Director

About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA or PT) to join our Milwaukee, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. Salaried role starting at $70,000; full-time, 30–40 hours per week. Offer based on experience and qualifying interview. Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.
• Co-manage department operations and support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA or PT.
• Long-term care management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
