Assistant Rehab Director

About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA, COTA, PT, OT or SLP) to join our Bridgewater, NJ Continuing Care Rehab Community. This is a salaried, full-time role, working 30-40 hours per week. Prior management experience is preferred.

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (PTA, COTA, PT, OT or SLP)
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
