Responsibilities

• Aid with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
• Train new hires following training manually.
• Update unit status.
• Adjust rates.
• Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

• No need to be a maintenance expert. We'll teach you.
• No need a college degree.
• No need a résumé full of titles. Just show up and do the work.
