Assistant Regional Maintenance Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Assistant Regional Maintenance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee maintenance operations across multiple distribution center sites, ensuring reliable support in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. The position will partner closely with site leadership and client stakeholders to drive performance, maintain service standards, and support safe, efficient operations. It is an opportunity to lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts while strengthening accountability, team development, and continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across 5-7 distribution center sites
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure continuous support
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPI achievement
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Drive accountability and performance standards among team members
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead safety culture initiatives and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles
• Proven track record in program management execution
• Experience managing multiple sites in a 24x7 operational environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams

$140,000 – $150,000 annually
