About the role
The Assistant Regional Director of Survey will manage projects and staff across one or more offices within a geographic region.
Responsibilities
- Staff management
- Client relationships
- Billing management
- Sign/seal plot plans, as-builts, and legal documents
- Project management and quality control
- Writing proposals
Requirements
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to obtain one
- 5 years of licensed experience
- AutoCAD experience
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Florida (required)

- Ability to stay up to date with evolving survey technology
- Knowledgeable in field and office processes and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating between staff, management, and clients
