Assistant Regional Director

About the role

Assistant Regional Director reports to the Regional Director, supervises none, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Grade E, Exempt, PSA-Eligible. The Assistant Regional Director supports the implementation of ADL’s programs and priorities across the Desert Region (Nevada and Arizona), providing cross‑regional support as needed. Working closely with the Regional Director and other ADL staff, the role advances regional priorities, responds to incidents, handles regional administrative tasks, supports programs and advocacy, builds and maintains community relationships, and ensures strong execution and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the implementation of programs and priorities, working closely with the Regional Director, Regional and Division staff to ensure strong execution and follow through.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for incident intake and response; conduct initial fact finding, communicate with impacted individuals and institutions, maintain required records, and work with appropriate ADL staff to resolve or escalate incidents as needed.
• Support marketing and communications efforts, including newsletters, email communications, social media, program promotion and other outreach; coordinate with Division communications staff to ensure activities, programs and impact are effectively communicated to key audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with Jewish and non‑Jewish community organizations, law enforcement, government officials, educational institutions, interfaith and multicultural partners,
