RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid the Quality Manager with daily quality operations and tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager for effective communication and product quality.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, and assist in creating new Work Instructions.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and keep associated records.
  • Support documentation and tracking of Corrective Actions and maintain training logs.
  • Assist with Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures and recordkeeping.
  • Provide backup support to the Data Coordinator and Documentation Specialist.
  • Maintain gage calibration logs and coordinate calibration activities with outside services.
  • Prepare and maintain Quality Alerts and related documentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the ISO quality management system; assist in scheduling and conducting internal audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or coursework in quality or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and IFS systems.
  • Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
