RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid the Quality Manager with daily quality operations and tasks.
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager for effective communication and product quality.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, and assist in creating new Work Instructions.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and keep associated records.
- Support documentation and tracking of Corrective Actions and maintain training logs.
- Assist with Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures and recordkeeping.
- Provide backup support to the Data Coordinator and Documentation Specialist.
- Maintain gage calibration logs and coordinate calibration activities with outside services.
- Prepare and maintain Quality Alerts and related documentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the ISO quality management system; assist in scheduling and conducting internal audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or coursework in quality or manufacturing is preferred.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and IFS systems.
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
